Building of houses for Dalits families

Aim

In the villages in the diocese of Kumbakonam, Dalits poor families live (casteless) who have not got even a house. The diocese has been taking care of them for a long time who has intervened with goods of first need in collaboration with Via Pacis, but now it realizes the big dream to give a decent home to them. The project affects the villages of Augnespuram, Kumilankuzhi and Kuppam now.

Beneficiaries

Beneficiaries are, so far, more than 50 people belonging to families identified as particularly needy or with children or health problems.

News
