The Shalom Don Domenico Pincelli Health Center in Sembé in Congo-Brazzaville is one of the best nationally and it has been chosen as a transfusion center, AIDS center and tuberculosis center. In 2020 it became a basic hospital and a district hospital, as well as a reference for other districts.
